Prohibited Items

The following categories of items are strictly prohibited on Musės Shop. Listing prohibited items will result in immediate removal of the listing and may lead to account suspension or permanent ban. This list is not exhaustive — we reserve the right to remove any listing we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.
2. Prohibited Categories
- Counterfeit goods: items that infringe trademarks, including counterfeit branded hooks, tools, or materials
- Live animals: live fish, insects, or any other living organisms
- Protected species materials: feathers, furs, skins, or other parts from CITES-listed or EU-protected bird and animal species (e.g. eagle, kingfisher, heron feathers). See Regulation (EU) No 338/97.
- Regulated fishing gear: hooks, lures, or materials that are illegal under the fishing regulations of the target market (e.g. certain hook configurations banned in specific EU river systems)
- Hazardous materials: toxic, flammable, or otherwise hazardous tying materials not complying with relevant EU REACH or CLP regulations
- Stolen goods: items obtained unlawfully
- Weapons or dangerous items: items primarily designed to cause harm
- Items infringing intellectual property: designs, patterns, or products that copy the protected IP of another creator without authorisation
- Digital items without delivery mechanism: purely digital products (e.g. software) that require a separate delivery infrastructure not supported by the Platform
3. Reporting a Prohibited Listing
If you believe a listing violates this policy, please report it using the "Report this listing" button on the product page or email support@muses.lt with the listing URL and details. We review all reports and aim to respond within 2 business days.
4. Appeals
If your listing was removed and you believe this was in error, email support@muses.lt with your seller account name, the listing in question, and evidence that the item complies with our policies. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Last updated: 13 May 2026.
