Seller Agreement

This Seller Marketplace Agreement ("Agreement") is between Musės ("Platform Operator") and you ("Seller"), effective upon approval of your seller application.
2. Platform Services
Musės provides: (a) a storefront and product listing infrastructure; (b) payment collection and escrow services via Stripe Connect; (c) order management and buyer communication tools; (d) seller dashboard and analytics; (e) payout disbursement services.
3. Data Processing
In connection with your use of the Platform, Musės processes the following data on your behalf and on the basis of legitimate interest and contract performance:
- Seller identity and tax information (for payout and DAC7 compliance)
- Product listing content (to display your products to buyers)
- Order and transaction data (to facilitate fulfilment and payments)
- Buyer data you need for order fulfilment (name and shipping address only)
You may not use buyer data shared with you for fulfilment for any other purpose (e.g. adding buyers to your own mailing list) without explicit buyer consent.
4. Payout Schedule
Payouts are processed on a 14-day rolling basis after order completion and expiry of the buyer's refund window. Minimum payout threshold: €20. If your balance is below this threshold it will roll over to the next payout cycle. Payouts are made via Stripe Connect to your registered bank account or IBAN.
5. Platform Liability
Musės acts as a marketplace intermediary and is not a party to the sale contract between you and the buyer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the platform fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for: (a) your failure to fulfil orders; (b) buyer disputes arising from product quality or description; (c) losses caused by third-party service outages (Stripe, carriers, etc.).
6. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public commercial information (e.g. fee structures, commission rates, analytics data) disclosed in connection with this Agreement.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be referred first to good-faith negotiation and, failing that, to the courts of Lithuania. Last updated: 13 May 2026.
