1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Musės Shop marketplace (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About the Marketplace

Musės Shop is a marketplace operated by Musės. We facilitate transactions between independent sellers (artisan fly tyers) and buyers. We are not the seller of record for items listed by third-party sellers; the contract for sale is formed directly between the buyer and the seller.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your offer and forms a binding contract for the purchase. Prices shown include any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, with full refund where payment has been taken.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include Lithuanian VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. See our Payment Policy for full details.

6. Delivery

Delivery timescales and costs vary by seller. See our Shipping Policy and individual seller information for estimated delivery times. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

EU buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on most purchases. See our full Refund Policy for details, exceptions, and the returns process.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to: (a) engage in fraudulent activity; (b) harass or harm other users; (c) violate any applicable law; (d) scrape or copy content without permission; (e) circumvent any security or access control mechanism.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content (logos, design, software, editorial copy) is owned by or licensed to Musės. Seller product content remains the intellectual property of the respective seller. You may not reproduce or distribute Platform content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Musės shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the transaction giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: 13 May 2026.
